Elijah helped me make improvements to my web site, efficiently and professionally. He suggested a good solution to improve the speed of my website while still keeping the code as understandable and data-driven as it was before. I converted this site from using mustache.js and dated HTML to a more manageable PHP site, which programmatically extracts JSON data from a mock database. The JSON includes summaries, links to audio, and text representations of the items which are then parsed and served to the user.
I optimized this site for a 50% page load speedup and updated old, deprecated HTML. I also made adjustments to enhance the experience on mobile devices.
