Began in September 2025

For a user interface design class, I worked in a team of six to create an Android application implementing collaborative quadratic voting. It included a small Python backend as well as a polished, intuitive frontend UI.

This app met the need of facilitating small-group decision making with fair, representative results in a manner that is easy to use and interpret.

This project had several phases: proposal, user research, persona development, low-fidelity prototype, functional prototype, and final deliverable. Between each stage, we gathered user feedback and received peer feedback to improve our product.

  • The voting screen, with sliders for the number of votes corresponding to squares for the number of credits cost
  • The results screen, showing a scatter plot of credits vs votes and a donut chart with the inner circle being the vote distribution and the outer circle being the credit distribution
  • The Share and Join screens, with options to use QR Code or Poll ID
